Cooking a Ham is not just for Holiday season!
Fully Cooked Spiral Cut Honey Ham
Ingredients
1 Honey Ham
Aluminum foil
Step One: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place honey ham face down in a 9X13 cake pan
Step Two: Cover ham with tin foil and bake for 10 minutes/pound.
*my ham was 10.38 lbs and cooked for 90 minutes
Find something productive to do while your ham is baking, I studied and did homework
Step Three: Since the ham is fully cooked all it needs to do it heat all the way through. When it is done cut off the bone with a large, sharp knife. Store in its juice in the cake pan, cover with aluminum foil.
*Note: I plan on eating this ham for the next 6 weeks, so the next day I filled quart sized freezer bags with the sliced ham (keeping one in the fridge) and put them in the freezer.
