Getting groceries is never fun, but this list has everything you need to fix four weeks of delicious meals (for one or two) for about $40.00/month!
My Grocery List
1 Fully cooked spiral cut honey ham
2 Bags of kettle chips
1 Bag of Mexican shredded cheese
3 Tubes of crescent rolls
2 Packages of hot dogs
1 Package of single sliced 2% American cheese
2 Butternut squash
5 Cans of tuna *in water
1 Dozen eggs
1/2 Gallon of milk *I like 1%
1 Package of bell peppers *3/package
1 Bottle of honey mustard salad dressing
1 Tub of red pepper humus
1 Box of quart sized freezer bags
1 Container of Oatmeal
1 Bunch of Bananas
My Pantry
*everything that I already had in stock that may or may not be needed for recipes this month
Non-stick cooking spray
Salt and Pepper
Loaf of Bread
Mustard
Mayonnaise
Butter
Baking essentials (flour, sugar, etc)
Tortillas
2 Chicken breasts
Pancake mix and syrup
Spaghetti sauce
Fish fillets
*Note: Next month I will include the exact total of my purchases, this month was about $45.00. I bought a 10.38 lb ham, but a smaller one can be purchased.
